Philharmonic orchestra Hradec Králové

Hradec Kralove Philharmonic Orchestra presents in the 29th concert season about 100 titles at 6 cycles, within the Music Forum Festival and at special concerts .Besides home scene, the Orchestra has been repeatedly perfoming in Germany, Switzerland, France and capital Prague as well as in other Czech cities. The chief conductor is from 2001 Mr. Ondrej Kukal, wellknown Czech composer, conductor and violinist who was accorded with honour to conduct the opening concert of Prague Spring Festival 2006. The Chief Conductor Laureate is Professor Frantisek Vajnar. In 2006 Mr. Andreas Sebastian Weiser became the member of Orchestra head as conductor. Mr. Weiser is acting among others as Chief Conductor assistant by Mr. Lorin Maazel New York Philharmonic.
